Q: How can I order from your store?
A: Place your order online. We cannot accept mail, phone or email orders at this time.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax? 
A: The sales taxes charged on based on state, county and local laws based on the zip code provided with the associated shipping address. At this time, we have nexus and collect sales taxes in CA, IL and NY. 
 

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Please make note of the estimated order processing time listed on each product. Most orders shipped to permanent addresses in the US will arrive 5-7 days AFTER the order is shipped. Orders placed to Military APO/FPO addresses will take longer to arrive once processed and shipped.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: An email confirmation will be sent to you upon order placement, once your order ships (with a link to your tracking #), and once the order finally delivers. 
 

Q: Can I order and ship to an international address?
A: Currently we can only process and ship orders in the US. We recommend shipping to a permanent residence to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: You can return an item for refund and then place an order for a new item. Please reference our full RETURNS policy here. We cannot process even exchanges, you must return the item(s) and re order.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
